I am a retired teacher with 23 years experience in the classroom. I graduated with honours in History & Archaeology. I work part time as an Archaeologist and I am very passionate about both my subjects. My aim is to pass on that passion to young people and instil in them the quest for knowledge. I have a lot of experience teaching students with learning difficulties eg, students on the spectrum, students with ADHD etc, as well as mainstream classes.
I have good knowledge of all aspects of the leaving Cert and Junior Cert exams and can facilitate exam prep and understanding the marking system. I am a member of the HTAI, Cork branch. History Teachers Association of Ireland.
