Hi, I’m Miriam, a qualified English and Geography teacher with over 10 years’ experience helping Junior Cycle and Leaving Certificate students achieve their potential. My lessons are personalised, exam-focused and designed to build confidence, improve grades and reduce exam stress through clear strategies and supportive one-to-one tuition. Experience: My lessons are supportive, structured and tailored to each student’s individual needs. I focus on strengthening weak areas, improving exam technique, building confidence and helping students understand exactly how to gain more marks in their exams. I hold a BA in English and Geography, an MA in Geography and an MA in Education, both awarded with First Class Honours. Also a degree in Coimmerical modern music with a focus on vocals. I have extensive experience preparing students for the Junior Cycle and Leaving Certificate examinations. My tuition includes detailed essay feedback, mock-paper analysis, personalised revision plans and practical strategies to help students improve their grades. I also have experience supporting students with dyslexia and other additional learning needs, adapting lessons and resources to suit different learning styles.
