I am a third year Physics student at Trinity College providing leaving cert maths grinds. As a tutor, I aim to build a students foundational skill in maths to maximise confidence and results in examinations. I achieved 625 points in 2024, meaning I know exactly what it takes to get top marks. I will remedy the “maths anxiety” students regularly face by providing personalised lessons focusing on individual strengths and weaknesses, worked examples, and strong exam technique. I am a strong believer that in order to excel in maths, a “no shortcuts” approach to learning is required. I will ensure each student leaves the lesson with a deep, working understanding of the topics covered and the ability to apply theory to exam level problems.
